In-Store Return/Exchange Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange your purchase within seven (7) days from the original date of purchase
  • All exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt, and any refunds will be made in the form of an in-store credit
  • All refunds require a valid state ID, customer name, address and phone number
  • Worn shoes and/or clothing cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can any garment that has been altered
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, under no circumstances
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted by mail
  • All sale items are final 
  • All deposits are NON-Refundable
